Sometimes it just needs to be soul food. Still, soul food can be healthy too, as avocado and raw cacao powder make it a very healthy food.
Soul Food Chocolate Cream

Ingredients for 5 servings
1 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
2 tablespoons oat milk
½ teaspoon date syrup
a little salt
Prepare
Peel and de-stone the avocado, then puree in a blender with the remaining ingredients to a creamy consistency.
Taste and add more date syrup or oat milk as needed.
If you like, you can sprinkle it with cacao nibs or a little more cocoa powder for a topping. Or you break a bar of vegan chocolate into chunks and fold them into the whipped cream.
