White Almond Chocolate Pesto

White Almond Chocolate Sauce

70 g blanched almonds
100 g vegan white chocolate
100ml cream of oats
3 tbsp olive oil
some vanilla powder
1 pinch salt
Prepare
Dry roast the almonds in a pan until they smell nice. Then whisk with the chocolate in a blender.
Heat the rolled oats, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan, then pour in the chocolate and stir well until the chocolate is completely melted.
Then add the almonds and let everything cool down. Then put it back in the blender and blend until smooth.
