Ingredients for 1 serving
2 pieces of fully ripe, sweet cantaloupe melon
2 hands full of spinach
1 glass of water
optional: some ice cubes
preparation
Wash the spinach well and mix well with the glass of water.
Remove the seeds and skin from the cantaloupe melon, cut into large pieces and add to the bowl. Continue blending until you have a nice, creamy smoothie and slurp away!
