Ingredients for 200g butter
150ml linseed oil or rapeseed oil or both mixed
50g coconut oil or if you want it tasteless coconut fat
2tbsp soy milk (can be omitted in case of intolerance)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Pinch of turmeric (for the color)
Preparation
Melt coconut oil and mix with remaining ingredients.
Place in the fridge for one hour and mix again and pour into a sealable container.
The butter can be modified to taste with a little salt, spices, onions, garlic, pepper
