Ingredients for
2 red peppers
4ripe tomatoes (alternatively tomato juice)
1small organic lemon (alternatively limes)
1/2bunch smooth parsley
Optional: Tabasco at will
Preparation
Wash and core peppers, then cut into small pieces (no matter how regular, they will be pureed later anyway).
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and then eighth. Wash the lemons with hot water and cut in half. Squeeze one half, set aside the second.
Pluck off some leaves from the washed parsley and chop coarsely.
Now put everything together in a tall vessel and process with the blender (or in a high-speed blender) to a creamy soup.
If you like, you can season with Tabasco, salt or pepper.
Finally, garnish with the remaining parsley and halve the lemon again and add to it.
